Mr. Shanmugam Solventhan, who was born in Nallur, Jaffna, and lived in No. 77 Rasavin Thoddam Road, Jaffna, passed away and was embraced by God on Sunday, 20 December 2020.
He is the beloved youngest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Shanmugam and Ammakuddy,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Augustine and Theresammah,
Beloved husband of Celestina (Ranjini),
Ever loving father of Sutharshan (Canada) and Subhashini (USA),
Loving father in law of Ushanthi and Rajasurendran,
Kind and loving brother of the late Luxmi, Sellammah, Thambiah, Sinnathurai, Sinnammah and
Ponnuthurai, and also of Rasamani, Mangayarkarasi, Saravanamuthu, the late Parameswary, Rajeswary and Sarachandran,
Loving brother in law of the late Stanley, Maxwell, Oliver, Florence, Evangeline, Spencer and Charles,
Affectionate grandfather of Sherina, Akshayan, Sathurshan and Akanaya.
On Monday, 21 December 2020 at around 03:00 PM, his remains will be taken from hisresidence to be surrendered and for Holy Mass at St. Theresa’s Church followed by Holy Burial at the Mother Konchenchi Cemetery.
