Mr. Shanmugampillai Kanagalingam, who was born in Arali South, Arali, Jaffna, and lived in Sangarathai, Vaddukoddai, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Thursday, 02 September 2021.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Shanmugampillai and Selvalakshmi,
Loving son in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thamotharampillai and Suntharam,
Beloved husband of the late Thanalakshmi,
Kind and loving brother of the late Amirthalingam and Kangambigai, and also of Paramalingam and Yogalingam,
Ever loving father of Kalaichelvi, Gunachelvan and the late Karunananthan,
Loving father in law of Murugavel, Shobana and Seetha,
Caring uncle (Aasaiappah) of Kalanithi,
Affectionate grandfather of Mathangi, Seyone, Sambavi, Diane, Arunmuhilan, Aarthi and Saihithan,
Dearly loving great grandfather of Ahanya.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at his residence, today Friday, 03 September 2021, and his remains will be taken to the Valukaiyaru Hindu Cemetery at around 07:00 AM for cremation.
