Mrs. Shanthakumari Subramaniam, who was born in Kantharmadam, Jaffna, and lived inLondon, England, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Kuwait, Singapore, and later in Mississauga, Canada, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Monday, 31 May 2021.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arunachalam and Thangammah,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sithamparapillai and Ponnupillai,
Beloved wife of the late Dr. Sithamparapillai Subramaniam (Former Legal Medical Officer, Colombo and Jaffna),
Ever Loving mother of Ganeshan (Canada), Balambigai (Canada) and Suthashini (Singapore),
Loving mother in law of Anusha (Canada), Dr. Jegatheeswaran (Canada) and Patrick (Singapore),
Affectionate grandmother of Priyanka, Prashanthan, Yasmine,
Kind and loving sister of Krishnakumari (Canada), the late Balakrishnan and Ramakrishnan, and also of Radhakrishnan (Canada),
Loving Aunty (Chiththy) of Varagunan (Switzerland), Gunanithi (England) the late Kirubananthan, Thevananthan (Switzerland), Kugananthan (England), the late Opilananthan and Ketharan (Canada),
Caring Aunty (Mami) of Gopikrishna (Canada) and Sahishna (Canada),
Loving sister in law of the late ‘Notary’ Nadarajah and Mallikaipushpam, and also of Thavayogi (Canada), Vijayalakshmi (Canada), Dr. Sathasivam (Jaffna), Selvaratnam (Colombo), Saraswathy (England), Thilagavathy (Colombo), Sivayogam (England) and the late Saratha.
