Mr. Sinniah Arumairatnam, who is from the ancestry of Thaninayaga Mudali, and who was born in Vannarponnai, Jaffna and lived in Colombo passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 22 February 2022.
He is the beloved son of the late Sinniah and Thangarathinam.
Loving son in law of the late Arumugam and Nagammah of Punguduthivu, Ward No. 12.
Beloved husband of Sarojinidevi (Mani).
Ever loving father of Nandirajan and Hemachandra,
Loving father in law of Nithyapriya and Anita.
Kind and loving brother of Rajeswary, Kamaleswary, Pushparani, Satchithananthan and Manoranjitham.
Loving brother in law of Ramalingam, Thanabalasingam, Manickavasagar, Jeyadevi, Shanmugeswaran, Navamani, Kamaladevi (Mambalam), Kanagalakshmi (Thodai) (deceased) and Perinpanathan.
Also, the loving brother in law (Sahalan) of Vaithilingam, Ganeshu (deceased) and Vilvaratnam.
Affectionate grandfather of Hamshananthy, Thimothy, Akshananthy, Kavipriyan and Mahishananthy.
His remains will lie in state for paying tributes at the Jayaratne Parlour, Borella on Sunday, 27 February 2022, with funeral and final rites functions conducted from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM, followed by cremation at the Kanatte Cemetery in Borella.
