Mrs. Selvanayaki Sivapragasam, who was born in Thengiran, Varuthalaivilan, Jaffna, and lived in Varuthalaivilan, Scarborough, Brampton, and Montreal, Canada, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Wednesday, 16 December 2020,
She is the Beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Chinniah and Suntharam,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thambu and Ilaiyapillai,
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Sivapragasam,
Kind and loving sister of the late Sivalingam, Sivapackiyam, Rasanayagam, Thurairajah, Mylvaganam and Vimaladevi, and also of Sivapathasingam (Australia) and Nesamalar (Sri Lanka),
Ever loving mother of Sivanayaki (Germany), Uthayakumar (Aathmajothy Thamilar Organization), Rahini (Montreal), Rajani (Scarborough), the late Jeyakumar and Nilani (Brampton),
Loving mother in law of Jegathas (Germany), Kalyani(Montreal),Ganeshwaran(Montreal),Vigneswararajah (Scarborough) and Krishnaventhan (Brampton),
Loving sister in law of the late SIvapoopathy, Kanagaratnam and Nagammah, and also of Visaladchi (Australia), Navaratnam (Sri Lanka), Umathevi (Germany), Kamaladevi (Sri Lanka), Karunamoorthy (Scarborough), and the late Nagammah, Annammah and Rasalingam,
Affectionate grandmother (Ammammah) of Divya, Vithushan, Suganjan, Dhananjayan, Sanjayan, Sathushan, Jethusha, Athisayan, Rishithan and Sriram,
Affectionate Appammah of Sivashangari,
Loving grandmother of Sailajan, Sinthuja, Rim and Anne,
Dearly loving great grandmother of Sanju, Saidev and Thesmia.
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted on Sunday, 20 December 202 at around 01:00 PM, followed by Cremation.
