Mrs. Rajeswary Somasundaram, who was born and lived in Nallur North, Jaffna, passed away and was embraced by God on Wednesday August 12, 2020.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Velupillai and Meenadchi,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arulampalam (Vithanaiyar) and Nagammah,
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Somasundaram (Retired Assistant Commissioner Motor Traffic),
Ever loving mother of Buvanendran (deceased; Former Redbana Officer), Jeyarani and Jeyagowri,
Kind and loving sister of the late Kumarasamy (Customs Department) and Maheswary (Canada),
Loving sister in law of Sarojini (London) and Thanabalasingam (Canada),
Loving mother in law of Packiyam (Retirement Services, Jaffna), Jeganathan (Retired GM, MPCS, Jaffna) and the late Dr. Sivanesan,
Affectionate grandmother of Sivaram (Final Year Student at the Medical Faculty, Jaffna University).
Her funeral and final rites will be conducted on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at her residence,
followed by cremation at the Chemmani Hindu Cemetery at around 10:00 AM.
