Miss. Sowmiya Easwaran, who was born in Switzerland, and lived in Sri Lanka, passed away and was embraced by God on Monday, 17 January 2022.
She is the beloved granddaughter of the late Somasundaram and Thangamani, and the late
Ambalavanar and Rasammah,
Beloved youngest daughter of Easwaran and Thenmoli (Amutha),
Ever loving sister (younger) of Praveena,
Loving niece (Foster Daughter) of Yogeswaran -Magayarkarasi, Maheswaran -Vanitha,
Parameswaran -Jeyagowri, Sivaneswaran -Subhajini and the late Sangaralingam -Nageswary.
Loving niece of Manoharan -Kaladevi, the late Vasudevan -Puvaneswary, and Ranganathan - Vigneswary,
Loving cousin sister of Vasantharajan -Yalini, Dinesh -Sharmila, Thavakumaran -Shubarekha, Lavanjan (Kannan), Rajan -Prathusha, Senthuran, Ketheeswaran, Mithunesan, Nirosh, Yapesh, Thavaruban, Kasthuri, Subhanesan and Sugunesan,
Also, the loving cousin of Jeevinthan, Dinesh, Priyanth, Dharshika and Nirupan,
Loving ’Kutty’ Aunty of Ashwin, Ashwika, Athika and Ragavi,
Her remains will be kept for paying tributes at the Jayaratne Funeral Directors (Pvt.) Ltd., 2B Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo -08, from Saturday, 22 January 2022 to Sunday, 23 January 2022, with funeral and final rites functions conducted from 12:00 Noon to 02:00 PM, at the Kanatte Cemetery in Borella.
