Mrs. Sowpackiyavathy Muthulingam, who was born in Punguduthivu, Ward No. 12, Jaffna, and lived in Thirunelvely, Jaffna, passed away peacefully and was embraced by Lord Shiva on Tuesday, 20 July 2021.
She is the beloved eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Muthiah and Thangakuddy,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sabapathy ad Nagamuthu,
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Muthulingam,
Ever loving mother of Mathiyalagan (Norway), Mathimohan (Swiss), Mathiranjan (France) and
Rupatharshana (Canada),
Loving mother in law of Sasikala (Norway), Jegatheeswary (Swiss), Sivakumari (France) and Niranjan (Canada),
Kind and Loving sister of Shanmugalingam (Canada), Sivaloganathan (deceased), Kamalanathan,
Yoganathan (France), SelvaranI (Canada) and Pathmarani (Canada),
Loving sister in law of Sarojinidevi, Kalaichelvi, Shyamaladevi, Sivalinganathan and Gokulathasan,
Also the sister in law of Rasalingam, Shanmugalingam and Puvaneswary,
And the sister in law (Sahaly) of Parameswary, Thavamanidevi and Veerasingam,
Affectionate grandmother of Dylakshana, Latheeshan, Tharshanan, Pratheeshan, Ashmiran,
Sabharisha, Aaran and Vihan.
Her funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at her residence on Wednesday, 21 July 2021, at around 12:00 Noon, followed by cremation at the Kokuvil Hindu Cemetery.
