Dr. Sriranganathan Kanagasabai, who was born in Chunnakam, Jaffna and lived in Chunnakam, Wattgoda and Wellawatte, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Wednesday, 15 September 2021.
He is the beloved youngest son of the late Kanagasabai (Rasa Pariyariyar) and Selvaratnam of Mayilani, Chunnakam,
Kind and loving brother of the late Annalakshmi, Vallipuranathan, Rajeswary and Ramanathan, and also of Mahalakshmi,
Loving brother in law of the late Subramaniam, Pathmasothy, Manickavasagar, Chandramalar and Thambirajah,
Loving uncle (Mama) of Punithavathy, Thilagavathy, Sivaramalingam, Nadarajalingam, Kamalavathy, Muthurajalingam, Sowntharyavathy, Thiruvatharan, Vasuki, Vanathy, Muhunthan and Thevaki,
Caring uncle (Chiththappah) of Jeyarani, Suthaharan, Prabaharan, Shobanantha, Ruban, Mohan and Pratheepan.
His remains were cremated on Thursday, 16 September 2021, at the Kirulapone Cemetery.
