Mr. Subramaniam Palanivetpillai, who was born in Vangalavadi, Velanai, Jaffna, and lived in Saravanai West, Jaffna, and Chambéry, France passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Sunday, 31 January 2022.
He is the beloved eldest son of the late Subramaniam (Mandaithivu) and Muthammah,
Loving son in law of the late Thambirajah and Kamadchiyammah,
Beloved husband of Shanthini (Former Teacher, Navalar Maha Vidyalayam, Jaffna),
Ever loving father of Thanuja, Sutharman (Suthan), Suganja, Tharini, Sutharshan (Shan; Missing Person), Atchuthan and Sivanandini,
Loving uncle (Chiththappah) of Varathalakshmi,
Kind and loving brother of the late Annalakshmi (Teacher) and Ratnarajah (Former Director of Education, Jaffna Region), and also of Selvarajah (Retired Deputy Secretary , Regional Secretariat, Nallur), Kanaganayagam (Retired Lecturer- Palaly Teacher Training College) and Thissainayagam (Retired Teaching Consultant),
Loving father in law of Sajeendran, Sutharjini, Rasanayagam (Vannan), Sivasaravanan, Sharmila (Yaso) and Jeyaram,
Loving brother in law of the late Thayanithy, Yogaratnam and Vallipuram (Retired Lecturer), and also of Yogeswary (Retired Teacher), Manoranjitham (Retired Teacher) (deceased), Bhanumathy (Retired Teacher) and Meera (Retire Director of Development),
Also, the loving brother in law (Sahalan) of the late Satchithanantham (Attorney at Law),
Affectionate grandfather of Naveen, Abhinan, Akshaya, Mithusha, Sophia, Aashahan, Anuja, Aashahi, NIvetha, Mithunan, Arushan, Ahalya, Iniyal and Veyini.
