Mr. Thamotharampillai Jegatheeswaran (Jega Master), who was born in Nedunthivu West, Jaffna, and lived in Kandy, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Tuesday, 22 December 2020.
He is the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thamotharampillai (‘Chanthai Kadai’ Sellathurai) and Thangammah,
Kind and loving brother of Rathidevi (Retired Teacher, Sri Lanka), Ketheeswaran (Retired Teacher, Sri Lanka), Chandreswaran (Canada), Kuladevi (Canada), Sarojadevi (Teacher, Sri Lanka), Kuganeswaran (Canada) and Ulageswaran (Belgium),
Loving brother in law of Jeevaratnam (Retired Grama Sevakha, Sri Lanka), Nalayini (Retired Teacher, Sri Lanka), Mala (Canada), Tharmaseelan (Canada), Sothyrajah (Retired Teaching Consultant, Sri Lanka), Nithiyakala (Canada) and Krishnakumari (Belgium),
Affectionate maternal uncle of Niroshini, Sharanya, Harisson, Prarthanan, Mathushanan and Dylukshan.
Loving uncle (Chiththappah) of Hishoban, Janushanth, Vathushan and Mathushan,
Caring uncle (Periyappah) of Dishani, Dayani, Priyanka, Saranga, Arulanka, Dwaranga and Sageeth,
Affectionate grandfather of Athav, Jackshavi, Aaron and Abhira,
Loving nephew of the late Perampalam, Paramalingam and Lakshmanan,
Caring foster son (nephew) of Kamalavathy (Kili),
Loving cousin brother of Pramiladevi (Canada), Yamunadevi (Canada), Gajendran (Canada) and
Meenalojini (Sri Lanka),
Loving nephew (foster son) of the late Thuraiappah and Ponnambalam,
Also the Loving nephew of the late Sellakandu, Lakshmi and Muthupillai.
His Funeral and Final Rites functions will be conducted on Sunday, 27 December 2020 from about 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM at No. 5, Valluvar Thoddam, Periya Kulam, Trincomalee, followed by Cremation at the Trincomalee Hindu Cemetery from about 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
