Kind and loving sister of the late Juliana Alvenus (Retired teacher, Jaffna), Guidy Ponkalan (Retired Principal, St. Valanar College, Trincomalee), Darcius (Retired Principal OLR -Jaffna), Mayjoseph Gunaratnam (Retired Officer, Education Department- Mannar) and Lurthammah (Trincomalee),
Loving mother in law of Dr. Emmanuel Jeyarajah (Australia), Avril Mariyanayagam (London), Doreena Mariyanayagam (Canada) and Dr. Bruno Jesudasan (Australia),
Affectionate grandmother of Jude, Justin, Gregor, Olivia, Nirusha, Yofan, Adrian, Jonathan and Rachel,
