Mr. Thurairajah Tharmendrarajah, who was born in Kantharodai West, Jaffna, and lived in Chur, Switzerland passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Friday, 24 December 2021.
He is the beloved eldest son of the late Thurairajah and Rasamani,
Loving son in law of the late Sivasubramaniam and Thavamanidevi,
Beloved husband of Susheeladevi (Susi),
Ever loving father of Thushan and Thushara, both of Switzerland,
Loving father in law of Thakshana and Sharun,
Kind and loving brother of the late Pushpakaladevi Ravindrarajah (Norway), Ravindrakumar (Swiss), Ramani (Swiss) and Kamalaraj (Canada),
Loving brother in law of Vimaladevi, Sakunthaladevi, Tharmasri, Rajasri, Kanchanadevi and Simithradevi,
Loving cousin brother of Dhushyanthini, Sugirtha, Uthayakumar, Sharuka, Theivendranathan,Sri Baskaran, Thanusha, Yalini, Thillaiampalam and Giri,
Loving uncle (Periyappah) of Athuna, Thamira, Abhishanth, Thushya, Thirishan, Rakshana and Pranitha,
Caring uncle (Mama) of Gopiraj and Vinoth (Akshara),
Loving uncle (Chiththappah) of Balakrishnan Rojitha, Srikanthan Ajintha, Desmond Anita, Dharshan Vijitha and Jenitha,
Loving uncle (Periyappah) of Kepildeepa, Dwarakanthan, Roshan, Deepika, Thuvishan, Thejitha,
Rabeeshan, Sambai, Kavi and Arthi,
Loving uncle (Mama) of Dayani, Shanuyan, Ayani, Mithusha, Neethan and Lathan,
Affectionate grandfather of Thanush, Ceyloyan, Praveen, Rohith, Dyrushka, Yathoshan, Ryan, Rashmika, Deno, Thishana, Mathusha, Adith, Nitharshana, Rishikesh, Anamica and Darwin.
His funeral and final rites functions will be conducted at his residence, at around 10:00 AM on Monday, 27 December 2021, followed by cremation at the Sangapulavu Hindu Cemetery.
