Mrs. Vasantha Thavaratnam, who was born in Sandilipay, Jaffna, and lived in Alaveddy, Colombo, and Brampton, Canada, passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Friday, 25 December 2020.
She is the beloved eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Kanagaratnam and Saraswathy,
Loving daughter in law of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sabaratnam and Rathinam,
Beloved wife of Mr. Thavaratnam,
Ever loving mother of Tharmini, Thanesh and Tharmika,
Loving mother in law of Mathan, Prashanthi and Sujeevan,
Kind and loving sister of the late Balachandran, Ravichandran and Jeyanthi,
Loving sister in law of Uthamalakshmi, Maheswaran, Loganathan, Rajakumar, Sathiyabama and
Koshala,
Loving aunty (Periyammah) of Aarani and Shiyani,
Caring aunty (Mami) of Rajintha,
Affectionate grandmother of Abhimanyu, Parthavi, Abhira and Athira.
