Mrs. Vijayakulanayaki Ramalingam, who was born and lived in Colombo passed away peacefully and was embraced by God on Thursday, 18 March 2021.
She is the beloved daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Sinnathurai and Thavamani,
Loving niece of Poomani and Sinnathurai,
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Velauthapillai Ramalingam,
Ever loving mother of Sivarajakulendran (London), Kumarakulasingam (Canada), Nivethika
Ilangainayaki (Swiss) and Tharmakulasingam (Rajan),
Loving mother in law of Vinothini, Kalajini, Mathiyalagan and Suganthini,
Kind and loving sister of Maheswary, Puvaneswary, Parameswary, Kulasabanathan (deceased) and Chandramathi,
Loving sister in law of Sivarajah, Sumathy, and the late Somasundaran, Shanmuganathan and
Murugapillai,
Affectionate grandmother of Jerusha, Loyisha, Sarujan, Sayisha, Vinajan, Ariyan, Aradhana, Sowmiya, Abhisha, Alan and Joshua.
Her remains will lie in state for paying final tributes at the Jayaratne Parlour in Borella on Sunday, 21 March 2021, at around 8:30 AM, followed by holy resting at the Kanatte Cemetery.
