Mrs. Lalambikai Balasundaram, who was born in Maviddapuram, Jaffna, and lived in Kopay,Jaffna, passed away and was embraced by God on Monday, June 01, 2020.
She is the Beloved wife of the late Mr. M. Balasundaram, Retired Principal of Northern
American Mission School in Maviddapuram (Maviddapuram Keerimalai Road),
Ever Loving mother of Jeyaharan (Honorable Provincial Secretary, Karaichi Provincial Council;
also an Old Boy of Union College- 89 O/L, 92 A/L), Ramanan (Manipay and Badulla), the late
Vani (Old Girl of Mahajana College), Sriharan (Germany; Old Boy of Mahajana College), Vathsala
(Germany; Old Girl of Mahajana College), Vaseeharan (Colombo; Old Boy of Nadeswara
College), Uma (UK) and Radha (Jaffna) (Twin Sisters; Both Old Girls of Mahajana College).
Funeral and final rites will be held tomorrow June 02, 2020 at around 10 AM at Kaddaipirai,
Jaffna.
